About This Piece
Silver & Gold Stardust Stacking Ring
Made from Argentium Sterling Silver & 18k Gold
Inspired by the starry skies above this ring is individually handcrafted from a mix of Argentium sterling silver & 18k Yellow gold. The texture of these starry bands is individually applied by hand using the technique of fusing, this results in each ring having its own unique texture. Each one will look similar, but none will ever exactly be the same. (Just like the stars in the sky) Most describe the texture on these rings as lightly bumpy & rippled. Great for someone who might like to fidget or stim with their rings.
This silver & gold band features 18k yellow gold that is fused to the surface of the silver. Allowing both metals to sit side by side, with neither taking precedence over the other. (the appearance is a mix of gold & silver on the surface) Because the gold is fused to the surface of the metal, it will not wear off like plating’s or patinas. Please note that this is not a solid 18K gold band,it is a mixed metal band made primarily of Argentium Silver with 18K gold fused to the surface

What Collectors Are Saying
Every review is from a verified Skölland customer.
About Skölland
Skölland is a one-woman jewelry studio in Door County, Wisconsin. Every piece is made by hand - either carved in wax or fabricated, cast in precious metal, and finished at my bench. For one-of-a-kind work, the mold is destroyed after a single casting. What you hold will not be made again.
I work in argentium and continuum silver and in gold from 10K to 18K, drawing from mythology, celestial imagery, and the darker corners of folklore to create jewelry that carries meaning beyond its materials.
