Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most orders process within 3-21 business days, but some complex pieces may take longer and could take longer than the time frames listed above. Please check the product details on each piece ordered for estimated processing time frames. Orders with multiple pieces will ship together unless otherwise specified. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@skollandjewelry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

By default, we offer free US shipping via USPS Ground Advantage on all orders over $50

Please note that Skolland LLC is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is transferred to the carrier.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

If the delivery address is made to a PO box it will be shipped via USPS mail. No other carriers can deliver to a PO box at this time. If UPS service upgrades are purchased for orders delivered to PO boxes the order will ship with the equivalent USPS service.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Norway,Switzerland & other european countries.  If your country is not listed here, please email info@skollandjewelry.com to inquire if we can ship to your address.

At this time, we can no longer ship certain designs to the European union due to GPSR regulations. Hopefully this will change in the future, if you'd like to sign up to be notified once we can ship to EU countries again please send an email to: info@skollandjewelry.com

Your order may be subject to import duties,tariffs, or taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Skolland LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Skolland LLC is not responsible for shipment delays or delays due to customs.
