Part of our new From Forests to Arches collection, this astonishing necklace has an inspiring and powerful feel to it. The necklace was made with 2 different goldsmithing techniques: the ancient art of lost wax casting & hands-on fabrication. The top area of the necklace was inspired by cathedral motifs, contrasting with the highly polished areas are antiqued recesses that features the same stardust texture used in many other pieces in the From Forests to Arches collection. Descending from the cathedral motifs is the setting for the stone, this setting was carved by hand & cast. The prongs were shaped in a claw fashion. Below this sits a tear drop that is suspended from a chain. At the top of the teardrop is a little cap that features small vine details. This necklace looks great worn at a variety of lengths, especially up near the collarbone. A great piece to wear on a night out, or when you need to feel a little extra important. Some have said that this piece makes them feel powerful, and ambitious while wearing it. No molds of this piece were made, it is a rare design that will not be duplicated, giving you a unique piece for your jewelry collection.
