Most pieces are ready to embark on their journey to you within 3 days to 4 weeks. (During september- this time extends to 3-8weeks)

For antique finishes-To maintain a darkened appearance we recommend avoiding contact with water,chemicals or abrasive materials. Bleach is a chemical to especially avoid as it can weaken metals over time.

For rings without patina (satin or black rhodium) these rings can get wet, water will not change the finish but we recommend drying them as quickly as possible to prevent water spots.

All engagement and wedding bands include one complimentary size adjustment within 60 days of delivery. All resizing is done by me. If your ring is marked "not resizable" in the listing, it will be noted above. After 60 days, resizing is available for a fee - reach out for a quote.

Customized and made-to-order pieces are final sale - they are not eligible for returns or refunds. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis - reach out and we'll work through it together.
