Ready to create a custom piece that's completely yours? This listing is for your custom order retainer - think of it as securing your spot in my design schedule.

Here's how this works: After you snag your retainer, I'll email you within a day to set up our consultation. If you're local to the fox valley or door county area in Wisconsin, we can meet up in person - otherwise, we'll jump on Zoom or have a good old-fashioned phone chat. We'll talk through all your ideas, go over metal and gemstone options, and nail down exactly what you want me to make.

Just heads up - I do not take requests for pieces outside my design style, and my custom work starts at $650, but it could be more depending on the type of stones or metals (such as gold or diamonds) used for your piece. That covers all the design time, quality materials, working together until your piece is exactly right, plus our craftsmanship warranty and free yearly refinishing. I like to give you a realistic starting point so we can make sure custom work fits your budget before we dive in.

Your retainer is automatically applied toward your final project cost. If for some reason we decide we're not a perfect fit to work together during the consultation (rare, but it can happen), I'll refund the retainer fee at the end of our meeting.

Once we chat and figure everything out, I'll send you a timeline so you know what to expect and when. I'll keep you posted throughout the process because honestly, half the fun is seeing your piece come to life! Custom work should be exciting, not stressful - and I want to make sure you absolutely love what we create together.

Yes- including the custom order retainer, custom design work is typically split into 3 payments. If 3 installments will not fit your budget, we can accommodate other installment plans on a case by case basis. We are also set up to accept afterpay and klarna.

If you have any design ideas (images are super helpful) it would be helpful to send them via email before our meeting (Pinterest boards also work great too!)

Your lifestyle (what your line of work is, if you work with your hands for hobbies,etc.) is also helpful to know when suggesting stones or metals for longevity reasons.

Knowing your budget (rough or exact is fine) is helpful for determining what designs,metals,and stones can be used in your custom piece.
