About This Piece
A 2.5mm stacking band~ wider, more grounded, more unyielding than its sister. For the bride who never saw herself in a traditional band. For anyone whose love story has weight to it.
There are no molds for this band, but I follow the same method for every piece made. This means that no two pieces will look identical and each piece will have it's own textural nuances. Each piece carries its own version of the aftermath.
Available to order in Continuum silver, 10K or 14K gold (yellow, white, or rose), with satin or black rhodium finish.
From the Aftermath collection.
Aftermath is a body of work born from a vision — a woman running from something catastrophic, caught in something far beyond her control. The collection lives in the moment after everything falls apart, before you know what's left. The texture on this band is meant to read as rubble or decimated earth. Essentially, what remains after the shockwave passes.
Absolute Desolation is the finality in that story. A piece for couples who want a wedding band that carries meaning beyond convention — for those who understand that the most enduring love often emerges from what came before. It stacks with its softer counterpart Darling Desolation, and intuitively with the Aftermath ring.
Want it made to fit alongside one of your existing bands? Custom contouring is available upon request — reach out via email to discuss.
Each piece is individually made to order in your size, metal, and finish in my Wisconsin studio.
