We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. Not all purchases are eligible for a return, read our exception area below to determine if your order is eligible for a return or exchange. Customers provide return shipping. When returning, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item(s) will need to arrive back at our return address within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date that it arrived at the buyer's or recipients address.
To start a return or exchange: send an email to: info@skollandjewelry.com and wait for a response indicating return or exchange acceptance. In the email,specify which pieces you will be returning or exchanging. We will advise if your return or exchange is accepted, and where to mail the return or exchange to. For returns- you will need to return all of the product packaging. If the item is not in it's original condition when it is returned, it will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable or refundable items or processes.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Certain pieces of jewelry cannot be returned, such as: body jewelry, custom jewelry (such as custom orders, modified pieces, retired pieces purchased from the archived collection, or pieces with engraving), items on sale, and gift cards.
EXCEPTIONS: Please note that if a return is accepted, and the returned piece is returned and shows signs of wear and/or is returned without the original packaging it will incur a 15% restocking fee.
For Orders Shipped Outside the US: If your order is not picked up from customs and is destroyed you will not be eligible for a refund. Any order that is returned to our address due to being abandoned at customs will incur a 15% restocking fee + the original cost to ship,and any additional fees that are required to receive the package back to our address.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Please note that custom orders are non-refundable or returnable. If a custom order is canceled at any part of the process before the piece is finished, the down-payment will not be returned. This includes reasons for, but not limited to: "not having the funds for completion", "breaking up", or "changing your mind".
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Per EU guidelines this cooling-off period does not apply to any order that is custom, engraved, personalized /modified, or tailored to your measurements. Any custom orders, substitutions, or modifications made to existing pieces are not eligible for a return because they are custom-tailored for you at the time of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

THIS RETURN POLICY IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR TRANSACTIONS ON SKOLLANDJEWELRY.COM and IS NOT APPLICABLE to orders placed on 3rd party platforms-Etsy/Amazon handmade, or from our stockists. For pieces purchased from out stockists- please reach out to the store you purchased from directly for returns/exchanges.
